Christians, how to avoid gluttony?

I'm a newborn Christian and I have come to realise that just about anything enjoyable in life is a sin. I know God exists, so don't even bother, atheists. Christians, today I ate an angus burger from Mcdonalds, a coke, mcflury and a side of small fries. Did I commit gluttony? I'm a pretty big guy, thus it takes a fair amount of food to get me full. I'm so lost on this subject lol
