What provider is the best for Internet,Phonecalling, and TV?

Recently, we got Clear because my Dad was convinced it was amazing. But Clear is just working terrible sometimes it'll go fast and sometimes it'll just go slowly. Too many outages. So i've been telling him to switch to Comcast because it work excellent for us before we switched. But I'd like to know if there's anyother Provider that's better. So we're thinking of switching to Comcast again. But we have Dish for TV and it's getting to costly. So we are wondering if they're is any good but affordable company for Internet, Phone-calling, and Tv
