Do i have genital warts?

i have this thing on the bottom part of my labium majora that kind of looks like a skin tag. I just noticed it a few days ago and its really small. smaller that a pencil eraser. It's raised , but i wouldn't describe it as a "bump" bc you can move it back and forth. It doesn't hurt at all and doesn't itch. It's only bothersome if my clothes rub it the wrong way or something. Nothing's coming out of it either, but im kind of freaking out.
