Beach soon and can't use a tampon! Help please!?

I'll make this as short as possible. Im going to the beach in 2 weeks. I leave the same day that my period is supposed to start. I only go for one week and its the only time i can go all year. I cant use tampons because i apparently have a Microperfornate hymen. The opening is smaller than a pencil eraser and would not be able to fit a tampon or even a finger. So what do I do? I can't use pads at the beach or pool, and my period will most likely last all week. I only go on vacation to the beach once a year, so I really don't wanna miss out. Please help me! Thanks!
