Burns caused by grease.?

Ok so I was cooking a steak in a skillet and I had my oil a little too high, when I put the steak in the skillet it shot hot grease all over my stomach (I was shirtless). It hurt for maybe an hour but its stopped since then now all that is left is small eraser sized red marks. All around my lower stomach. Basically what I was wondering will it scar? I'm pretty sure its only a first degree burn because I have no blisters and it doesn't hurt but I would not be very happy if I had to walk around with all these spots on me for the rest of my life so if someone knows better please don't be shy and pass some information my way.
