I want to get a tattoo on my wrist, what should it say?

Ok so first of all. I will not get a tattoo that i think i would regret one bit, it will mean something important to me, I just don't know how I would word it so yeah. I am getting a tattoo as soon as I turn 18 (im 15). Its about 3 years from now but I know i will want a few tattoos but only ones that have special meanings to me. Not something stupid just cuz it looks cool. Each one is going to mean something special which i already have a couple planned out. They are going to be mostly for me, for inspiration, or reminders. I've been through alot in my life but since I couldn't get enough courage to cut myself, I would do eraser burns on my wrists. but i tried hard to not do it anymore then my life got harder and I did it again as release. I was being mentally abused my my family and sexually abused by my boyfriend (at the time). I was always convinced i deserved it, i cant do anything right, hell even my mother and brother told me those things. Sorry back to the point... I want to have some words tattooed, in cursive, that is inspirational yet a reminder of what Ive been through but will give me enough inspiration to not do it again. does that make sense? so basically all i want you to do is put something of that nature that i would be able to put on my wrists when i turn 18. thx any ideas of what i can put on there? oh and also, i know demi lovato has "stay strong" on her wrists but I don't want that because I don't wanna copy her, although she is my idol but something with the same idea. that gives her strength and inspiration so something like that but not the same if possible. thx ...oh and one more thing... don't worry, i would NEVER get a guys name... again im not gonna get something i would ever regret.
