What is the best way for an inmate at San Quentin to call me collect if my home phone has a block?

My local phone carrier has an automatic block to all of its customers so no one can call collect, from prisons, etc. I have been checking many "jail" call companies but I don't trust many of them and others make you jump through hoops to get an account. Does anyone know how an inmate can call me collect if my home phone provider can not lift its block??
